Refund policy
If You Receive the Wrong or Damaged Item
- If you have received the wrong item or the item has been visibly damaged in transit, please REFUSE DELIVERY.
- If you sign for a damaged order, you release the carrier of responsibility, and we cannot fully refund your purchase.
- If the carrier left a damaged or incorrect item at your door, contact us immediately for a replacement or a full refund.
- Please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Requests made after 7 business days will be processed based on the buyer’s reason.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, unassembled, and unused.
- You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A shipping method with tracking information must be used for all returns.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Items damaged or lost due to customer handling.
- Items with damaged original packaging.
- Items that is personalized and made just for you, we can only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or are lost during shipping.
Returned items must be in resellable condition and must not affect the second sale.
General Return Process
- Initiate a return: Email us at support@designspeaks.store with photos and/or videos of the items and include your order number. We will review your request within 3 business days.

Ship the item back: If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund or exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days and then process a replacement or refund.
Note: We cannot accept returns on promotional sale items.
Return Shipping & Charges
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect products or quality issues), we will issue a full refund and cover shipping.
- If you claim a quality issue, you must provide photos/videos within 7 days of receipt.
- If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (e.g., change of mind), the buyer must pay for return shipping.
- The original shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund:
Refund = Order amount – delivery logistics fee. - No restocking fees apply.
Pads:
Pads can only be returned if unopened and in the original packaging (unless defective).
Refunds
- If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection.
- If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company as processing times vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@designspeaks.store.
- Note: We do not refund original shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase (before shipping) will receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipping will incur a 15% production & operation fee.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
