Because our rugs are vacuum-packed for safe and compact shipping, some creases or wrinkles may appear when you first unroll them. This is completely normal and temporary. Simply lay the rug flat and let it relax for 3–5 days as the memory foam returns to its original shape. If you’d like to speed up the process, gently iron the rug on a low setting by placing a thin towel on top and lightly pressing the creased areas.
